Each provider's credential status, insurance level, declared coverage and availability are what we report to you; you invite, they accept or decline and bill you directly.
How it works today
Connect is starting up. This is what actually happens now, by hand, with the founder.
1 Find
Tell us the ZIP code where the draw happens and the collection requirements. We reply personally with the providers who list that ZIP, with their credential status and dates.
2 Invite
You choose whom to invite; we send the request with no patient details. They accept or decline on their own terms and confirm the price with you.
3 Track
We confirm acceptance, arrival and completion with both sides and record the timeline for you. After each visit we ask you one question: would you hire them again?
What Connect keeps — and what it never asks for
Connect does not store patient records. It keeps the ZIP code, the type of collection, the time window, the collection logistics, your organization's site and the timeline. You share patient details, orders and requisitions with the provider directly, after they accept.
How providers are verified
"Credential verified" means we checked the credential at the issuing registry on the date shown. Other credentials are shown as self-reported until then. Liability insurance is shown as self-reported, on file, or verified, with its expiry. The full method is public at phlebflow.com/how-we-verify.
How we order the providers we send you is public too, criterion by criterion, with what never changes the order and what is counted: how results are ordered.
Pricing
$79.99 per organization, per month
One flat fee. No fee per visit, no fee per provider, no commission — the provider sets their price and bills you directly. Early-access organizations receive a code that waives the fee during the pilot. Organization terms and invoicing are set up with you before any billing.
Starting up, market by market
We open Connect market by market and onboard the first organizations by hand. Tell us where you need draws and how often; we'll reply personally with who is available in your markets.
Providers: Connect is opt-in only — we ask you before any organization sees you. Nothing changes in your free listing. Organizations invite you; you accept, decline and set your price. No exclusivity. No fee per job, ever.
